Sculpture

The first sculptures were made in 1963, in copper and brass wire welded with an oxyacetylene torch during breaks from work at an engineering company. They were followed by the Technological Trees (1969) in twisted aluminium, works close to the ready-made such as the Monstrance for a Technological God (1973) and, in the mid-1980s, the Human Bodyworks: mannequins baked in the oven that bend and implode. Radiography then gave rise to sculptures, crosses and projects for public spaces.
